Workshop for Coaches!

Inspiration to Creation:
Take your post-Summit inspiration and translate it into clear, fun, relaxed action steps.
With Koelle Simpson, Abigail Steidley, and Diane Hunter

Sunday March 18th 2 pm to 5 pm
Monday March 19th 9 am to 4 pm
Tuesday March 20th 9 am to 4 pm

You’ve just attended the Martha Beck Coaches’ Summit. You’re inspired! You’re ready to go home and implement everything you learned into your life and coaching practice. Yet, is that a bit of tension you’re feeling in your stomach? Is there some overwhelm and self-doubt creeping in?

Conferences and group gatherings provide a fantastic environment for new connections, creativity, and ideas to flourish. You dive into the depths of the ocean and submerge yourself in learning and inspiration.

Yet, when it’s time to resurface and ride the waves of everyday life, you might find yourself exhausted, overwhelmed with all the possibilities and filled with fear on every subject from “What should I do first?” to “I’ll never be a good life coach.”

In this workshop, you’ll move from the “Maybe I’m not good enough and need to do more” overwhelm to the “I know exactly which inspired steps are right for me” state of mind.

You’ll learn how to:

  • lead your life and business with clarity
  • return to a state of relaxation (or ease)
  • release attachment to outcomes
  • tune into your body and energy
  • take action from a place of peace and calm instead of fear or urgency
  • trust that you have the power to create what you desire with little effort and tons of fun

What Do I Need to Bring/ Wear?
It is best to dress in jeans and comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. You may want to check the weather before your trip but it often gets a little chilly in the mornings and late afternoons so layers is best. A hat, sunglasses and sunscreen is a good idea since we will be outdoors for the majority of the day. Comfortable closed-toed shoes like tennis shoes or boots is also preferred. No open toed shoes!!! The facility has a small indoor office with a refrigerator and indoor bathroom for your needs as well.

All of the exercises and interactions with the horses will take place on the ground. There will not be any horse riding during the session. In the case of rainy weather, the round pen where we will be working is covered. If you are sign-up to do a full day you will likely want to pack a lunch and a drink for the mid day lunch break.
