Abigail grew up in Wyoming, studied music at the University of Wyoming, and began a career as a violin teacher. She and her husband, Scott, a Naval Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps, lived in Florida, South Carolina, California, and finally, Virginia Beach, Virginia, where they settled for four years. While in Virginia, Abigail read Finding Your North Star, by Martha Beck. Her North Star beckoned, and when she and Scott decided to return to Wyoming, she enrolled with Martha Beck Inc. as a student of life coaching.
Trained by Martha Beck, Brooke Castillo, and Meadow DeVor, Abigail is excited to help her clients find their North Stars, uncover their essential selves, return to health, and live the lives they've always dreamed of living.
Abigail enjoys coaching a variety of clients, but one of her major interest areas is health. She survived a life-threatening kidney stone requiring emergency surgery and resulting in long-term kidney infections in 2002. In 2004, she was diagnosed with vulvar vestibulitis, vulvar dysesthesia, interstitial cystitis, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She struggled through the pain and emotional turmoil of these health issues for two years before discovering her own path to health, clarity, and joy.
Now Abigail helps others dealing with the painful emotions that come with health issues. She believes in the power of the mind and working through emotions to promote healing.
